My second show as an exhibitor went very well. I’ve attended this event at Standalone Farm, Letchworth Garden City, every year since it began, because my in-laws exhibit their steam engine. It was great to finally have my own name listed in the programme.
Also it was the first time I’ve taken my car into an arena and spoken through a microphone to the crowd as the commentator talked to me about it. I really enjoyed the experience.
The public seemed to like the Roadster, in fact I heard one passing man say that mine was “Easily the best car in the show, 100%!”.
It made my day, knowing that my car could hold its own next to some serious classics that were probably 3 or 4 times its financial value.
Looking forward to next year’s show!
